Candidate personal data
Recrivo stores a candidate’s answers, transcripts, scores, and interview logs on the contracting company’s account. Only users who can sign in to that company’s dashboard can view them. Candidates join from an invite link and do not create a Recrivo account. Whether camera video is kept is chosen per scenario. Traffic uses HTTPS.
Scoring transparency
Recrivo keeps each answer’s score, the passing line, and the answer log on the dashboard. A recruiter can later check why that pass/fail result was reached. The company chooses whether the candidate’s screen shows the result. By default, Recrivo does not show pass/fail to the candidate.
Final confirmation by a person
By default, Recrivo decides pass/fail from the passing score (average) and required items the company sets. If the company switches to recruiter review, Recrivo keeps the scores and logs, and a person confirms the decision. From the dashboard, a person can also confirm pass or fail and contact the candidate.
When a rejection notice is sent automatically
By default, Recrivo does not email a rejection to the candidate. The notice goes only to the company dashboard. Candidate email, stopping the interview early, and showing the result right after the interview run only when the company turns them on in the scenario. Early rejection is off by default.
The basis for calling this fair
Recrivo calls the interview fair because every candidate on a scenario gets the same questions, passing score, and required items. That avoids a different interviewer asking different questions or scoring differently. Recrivo does not claim the AI itself is free of bias. The basis stays in the scores and answer logs, and final confirmation can be returned to a person.
