Terms of Service
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of Recrivo, provided by J Work Inc. ("we").
2. Contract
A contract is formed when you agree to these terms and complete the signup we specify.
3. Fees
Paid plans are monthly. The price, what is included, and the trial terms are shown on the pricing section and the sign-up screen. The trial does not charge a card, and it does not turn into a paid plan by itself.
4. Prohibited use
- Do not infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's.
- Do not use the service for an unlawful purpose.
- Do not disrupt the service or other customers.
5. Changes and suspension
We may change or suspend the service. When a change materially affects a paid plan, we will tell account holders in advance where practical.
6. Liability
Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the service.
7. Court
The Tokyo District Court is the court of first instance for disputes about these terms.
