We use this information to provide and maintain the service, answer inquiries, confirm identity, improve the service, and send necessary notices.

We do not provide personal information to third parties without consent, except when the law requires it or when it is needed to protect life, body, or property.
4. Security
We use encrypted communication and continue to review our safeguards against leakage, loss, and damage.
5. Interview answers
Recrivo stores a candidate’s answers, transcripts, scores, and interview logs on the contracting company’s account. Only users who can sign in to that company’s dashboard can view them. Whether pass/fail is automatic, whether the candidate sees the result, and whether a rejection email is sent are chosen by the company. The details are on the security page.
